Wonderful stay with good privacy and at the same staff are very helpful and friendly when required.

Room is spacious with one big bed for two and a sofa bed facing the sea. Bathroom is spacious and separate section with cooking facilities (stove, kitchen sets, microwave, water boiler, toaster, fridge etc.

Quite small kitchen making it hard to prepare food and room shared an entrance with the room next door.

Excellent stay

Very nice condo. Excellent location near the Market Village and short walk to the beach. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean pool. Great choice

Creaky floor in one room. And we got just one keycard for our family of 3 people. You need it to enter the building or go to the pool. We asked for more but they answered they have no more. Of course you can ask the staff to open the door, but it would be much better to have at least 2 keycards for the family

Spacious living and kitchen was ok.

Spacious living and kitchen was ok. Small gym and pool good for exercise but not a relaxing pool area. Walking distance to beach and market mall. Washing machine available.

Condo not a hotel. 1 cleaning in 4 nights. Road noise from main road. Not really a good seaview. No staff available at check out. Deposit was transferred to local account. TV stations limited. Check in was not comfortable, not welcoming.

What a nice service we have received!

We requested for the very early-check-out although it’s not a staff office hour, they took care of us willingly. Besides, while we were having the problem with credit card payment, your staff patiently and willingly helped us getting through this finally.

By the way, I think the deposit rate for room keys is quite high.

It’s the great place

in combination of both being in the center of the town which is very easy to get around and to find a variety of food from both the nearby convenient store or shopping mall and street market with affordable prices from lots of food stalls. And also, fascinatingly with sea view reaching right from the room.

However, it would be great if breakfast is provided as some morning, we are lazy to go out.

it’s very nice

It’s very convenient to commute as the condo is located by the main road. I can have a tour by a public minibus, van or motorcycle. I can have both sea and mountain view from my private balcony; it’s very nice. As I came with my family and we love to cook by ourselves. This place is the right one for us as there are full -set kitchenware provided and we could shop our ingredient and various kind of food from nearby market both day and night. Additionally, during the day while my little kids were sleeping, my husband and I could sneak out of the room having our private time in your equipped fitness and swimming pool. However, may we advise you to add more TV channels so it would be more perfect staying here. Thanks for all staff’s hospitality.

I don’t recommend

The location is good but the condo is not where booking.com have it on the zoomed in location, so if you like very very very noisy room then you can stay here, if you like to rest then don’t go here

The room was nice but the location of the room is not accurate, I stayed one night when I was supposed to be there for 16 nights, I lost all my money because booking.com refused to refund, be very careful and if you like to sleep then please go elsewhere, the rooms are basically on the main road where noisy motorbikes and sirens go all night, if you do what I did and zoom into the location it is wrong, the actual location is the unzoomed location which is only a couple of meters from the road

Rude people and no adequate support form Booking.com to get me out of there.

People rude and room was terrible on main road.

Everything - was a dump of a room for the price. Booking.com vastly oversold the place. It is on a main road next to a construction site. Not on a quit side street as represented on your lousy website.

Good location but terrace overlooks busy main road.

Location is great. 10 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Hua Hin and 10 minutes to the large Shopping/restaurant mall and a really lively street full of bars and restaurants. 100 baht in a tuk yuk to town centre. The building is very good - nice pool (although very little area for sunbathing and always in the shade/covered. Good gym.

We had the studio apartment and what is not very clear from the description or previous reviews is that it is right on a very busy and noisy road. Its 3 rd floor and literally on top of a 4 lane busy road so the terrace, whilst decent in size and furnishings is not a very pleasant place to sit. This defeated the object of staying in an apartment as opposed to a hotel as we wanted to prepare drinks and food for eating on the terrace. At €54 per night we would have been better staying in a hotel.

Be Warned Stay Away From This Building Site Noicey Dump.

Nothing to like about this place.

Right on the main road , all the noice from the traffic all day long, from early morning, the lovely building site right facing the balcony, the drill and banging going on in condo block itself , it was a total nightmare and will will not ever stay here again and neither will my friends and family, we will all be putting a bad reviews on trip advisor and other sites, how you can charge so much money for this is a joke and rippoff. Nothing like the pictures showing in booking . Com. You should be ashamed of yourselfs, this stay here ruened my trip to Thailand and has left a bitter taste and lasting bad Impression.
